# How to enable whitelisting

This guide will help you on how to enable whitelist on your server.

* Stop your server
* Enable Whitelist option inside Config.cfg
* Edit whitelist.txt and add the player character id, one per line
* Start your server
* You can find the players character id inside the server RPT logs, when a new player join and get's kicked, check RPT log or Web Console to check their ID.
